Refund policy
We hope that you love your Restore products. If however you wish to cancel any order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible after order on info@restorehome.com.
Returns of non-Faulty/ Damaged Products
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible on info@restorehome.com. When returning items pleas ensure that any returned items are returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging, including any tags, bags, boxes and other packaging. Products should not have been opened and/or used. We cannot return or exchange an item where only part of the item is returned, including where any items are purchased as part of a package with other products.
Upon receipt, we will let you know you that we have received your returned item and will let you know the status of your refund. Any refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receipt with the refund being made to the same account/ credit or debit card on which the payment was made.
Returns of Damaged or Faulty Products
We take care when packing and checking your orders but if you receive an item that is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can put right any issues, or arrange an exchange or refund on any returned or faulty purchase within 7 working days of receipt. In accordance with your statutory rights, you may return products where there is a fault or where the product is not as described or where the price is not correct, and we will arrange an exchange or refund for you.
When returning any purchases, please ensure the items are safely and secured packaged, preferably in the same packing boxes. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting and tracking when you return any items to us.

Please note, we can only offer exchanges on items if products are damaged or faulty.
We cannot reimburse return postage costs unless items are received by you damaged or faulty and where products returned have been purchased with an offer or discount, we can only refund or exchange to the value of the price paid.
